Please note that throughout the day we have a number of groups and lessons taking place.  During those hours we do not have a secretary to answer any phone calls.  If you leave a message we will get back to you as soon as possible.   (Typically within 24 hours).  Most emails will be answered on the same day (Monday - Friday).

We are located at the start of a two lane bike path (Rail Trail) that extends through the back of East Longmeadow.  Centrally located for an easy commute from western ma and northern Ct we are just minutes off route 91.

To View our online schedule you will need to create an account. Online registration is FREE. Please enter in name and contact info. Browse schedule times. You can book online or call/email if you find a spot you want. Your rental/Appointment is not set until you receive a confirmation email or until we confirm over the phone. You can always use the schedule to find available times and then call to book appointment/rental day and time. All rental packages (multiple dates) must be paid up front. All single session rentals must be paid prior end of session. Any payments not made prior to leaving the facility will be subjected to a 3% late fee for each week the payment is late.
